Delivery


• Orders are dispatched within 5 business days after payment confirmation; timelines may extend due to stock checks, pre‑orders, peak seasons, adverse weather, or carrier backlogs.

• Local delivery generally arrives in 1–2 business days after dispatch; delivery service is unavailable on Sundays and Public Holidays.

• All shipments are via S.F. Express; a waybill/tracking number is emailed at dispatch and may take up to 24 hours to update. For redelivery or special arrangements, contact S.F. Express with the waybill number.

• Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, service, and weight/volumetric weight; the final charge shown at checkout prevails.

• Free delivery for Hong Kong orders may apply when the net order amount reaches HK$600, subject to promotional terms and excluding remote surcharges or special handling fees.

• One order delivers to one address; for multiple addresses, place separate orders.

• Online orders are accepted for delivery within Hong Kong and Macau only; for other regions, whatsapp +852 51617315 or emil us to explore special arrangements (if available).

• If delivery cannot be completed due to recipient unavailability, incorrect/incomplete address, or failure to collect, contact S.F. Express promptly for redelivery.
After repeated failed attempts or the carrier’s holding period expires, the parcel may be returned or disposed of per carrier policy; such orders may be treated as refused and may not be eligible for a refund, and any additional shipping/return/handling fees may be charged or deducted.

• Address changes can be requested before dispatch through Customer Support; after dispatch, changes must be arranged with S.F. Express and may incur fees. Nothing in this policy limits rights under applicable mandatory consumer laws.
